THERAPIST & MENTAL HEALTH CONSULTANT
Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. I’d love to share a little bit about who I am—both as a therapist and as a human being.
My work is grounded in two core passions: therapy and mental health education/consultation. In my therapy practice, I get to form meaningful one-on-one connections with clients, which keeps my clinical work intentional and personal. At the same time, my consultation and education work allows me to engage with the broader community—challenging stigma, sharing accessible tools, and helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered.
I do my best to practice what I encourage in others. That means making time for the things that bring me joy and balance: hiking, yoga, traveling, napping (a skill I’ve truly mastered), and enjoying live theater or music. I also love the idea of cooking—but I’d much rather be cooked for (honestly, who wouldn’t?)
At the heart of my work is a deep belief that we all deserve rest, joy, and connection—simply because we’re human, not because we’ve earned it through productivity or perfection. I see part of my purpose as giving people permission to do less, feel more, and take up more space in their own lives.
