I am accepting new clients! I offer in person and telehealth appointment times on Mondays and Tuesdays.

What are your rates?
Do you accept my insurance?
An individual 50 minute therapy session is $150. Longer sessions are sometimes helpful in the case of EMDR reprocessing or family sessions and will be pro rated depending on session length.
I am able to bill for services with Aetna, Kaiser CO and Lyra Health (an employee assisstance program). It is the responsibility of the client to understand their co-pays, deductibles and limitations on covered services. Using insurance means I must give a diagnosis and prove medical necessity for treatment.
Paying out of pocket does ensure another level of privacy and freedom that many people prefer. I do have a certain number of reduced fee spots on my caseload.
How do I bring Mental Health First Aid to my community?
Mental Health First Aid is a great continuing education or wellness opportunity for your company, community org, parent group or school! I can teach up to 30 people at a time for this 6-8 hour training. Hybrid and virtual options are available. I’m an independent instructor therefore we can have a conversation about your needs and budget. What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
Due to my limited availability each week I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. This is in order to have time to fill that spot for others who need it. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the appointment you will be charged for the full amount using the credit card on file. Clients who are using insurance will also be required to have a credit card on file for co-pays and cancellation fees.
Where is your office located?
I have an office in the beautiful Capital Hill neighborhood of Denver at 750 E 9th Ave Denver, CO 80203. There is an underground parking garage or free street parking.
I also offer virtual therapy if you live anywhere in Colorado.
